Is there a free trial available?

Yes — we offer a guided 14-day trial for qualified organizations. Book a demo and we'll set up a trial environment configured for your use case.

Can I add modules separately?

Our plans are structured to include all relevant modules at each tier. We don't charge per-module fees — compliance workflows are most effective when connected, and we want you to have everything you need.

Do you charge per case or per complaint?

No. Your annual fee covers unlimited cases across all modules. We never charge per complaint — that would create a perverse incentive to under-report.

What happens if we grow beyond our plan's employee limit?

We'll work with you on a pro-rated upgrade as you scale. We won't cut off access — just get in touch and we'll adjust your plan accordingly.

Is implementation included in the price?

Basic onboarding and configuration support is included in all plans. Complex enterprise implementations with custom workflows and integrations may be scoped separately.

What data security standards do you follow?
